o Review all plans and specifications for Improvements to all owner lots within the Association for compliance to the Associations Code, Covenants, & Restrictions (CC&R’s).
o Assist in reporting to Manager for the enforcement of the Deed Restrictions.
· Maintenance and Security Committee Chair: Jason Sawyer
o Oversight of the maintenance & up-keep of common areas owned by the Association.
o Coordination/Notification of security issues & concerns of Neighborhood.
o Organize Annual “Neighborhood Clean-up Day” & Monthly awards for “Yard of the Month”.
o Coordinate the “Neighborhood Watch” program, “National Night Out”, & “Block Parties”.
o Coordinate the planning of community landscaping improvements & projects.
· Pool Committee Chair: VACANT
o Oversight and Recommendation of the maintenance of the pool area and facility.
o Coordination and Planning of pool events.
o Coordination and updating the pool event calendar.
o Coordination with Stone Oak HOA Pool Committee Chair on shared events.
· Publicity/Web Committee Chair: Lynette Contreras
o Work with the other committees to publicize Association events and news.
o Coordination with Stone Oak HOA Publicity/Web Committee Chair on shared events.
o Facilitate a constant interval informative and relative Newsletter to the members of all activities and functions of the Association.
o Keep the HOA Handbook up to date.
· Recreation Committee Chair: Lynette Contreras
o Coordination on all matters pertaining to any recreational programs and/or activities of the Association, Stone Oak, and Chandler Oak Elementary.
o Help facilitate neighborhood play groups, neighborhood clubs or groups.
o Consider special recognition awards for “Christmas Spirit Light Display” contest.
o Plan neighborhood parties and other Association events.
